Effective May 01, 2023, the nation-wide established glass replacement rates for Brotherhood Auto Aid (BAA) have been updated to the following:

All glass replacement claims for autos, pickups, vans, and SUVs are subject to a $200.00 deductible. Trucks, semis, or buses are subject to a $300.00 deductible.

Glass repair is paid at 100% with no deductible.

For direct payment of claims, a signed authorization from the policyholder must accompany the claim.

For approval of any additional charges related to the glass claim (excepting required tax), please contact BAA prior to beginning the work. If you are unable to accept these rates, please inform your customer that their responsibility will be greater than just their deductible.
